II Stanley's Community Involvement

	I I Stanley has maintained a strong connection with the Battle Creek, Michigan community since our founding in 1985. Associates from I I Stanley participate in a variety of local activities including International Day, and the Cereal Festival. During the Cereal City Corporate Cup, associate teams compete against other local companies in various athletic endeavors. I I Stanley and it's associates also actively support the Greater Battle Creek United Way by annually placing among the top 25 area contributors.
Stanley Associates have contributed over 1000 pints of blood to the American Red Cross and are regular contributors to Food Bank of South Central Michigan, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and the Marine Corps Toys-for-Tots campaign.

	At I I Stanley, we believe in supporting our associates and our community. We sponsor events like family open houses, family picnics, childrens and adult holiday parties and special days at the Binder Park Zoo and the Battle Creek Yankees. We build teamwork and skills by providing tuition reimbursement programs, internal training, and other continuing educational opportunities.
