II Stanley's Automotive Lighting Plant

	In an effort to meet the ever-increasing quality standards required by the automotive industry, I I Stanley uses only state-of-the art technology in the molding, painting and assembling processes of our automotive lighting products. We are an innovative leader, continuously striving to improve, advance and enhance our measurements for success.

Our molding department utilizes robotics to automate its thermoset and thermoplastic injection mold presses. Using advanced technology, we produce both single and multi-color lenses. Our paint department operates sophisticated vacuum metalization equipment, which allows us to metalize lighting components at the highest level of quality standards. In addition, our paint team utilizes fully automated hard coat systems, as well as complete decorative and reflective paint processes. High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps have been adapted to the automotive industry, and we produce a variety of styles using cutting-edge technology.

Our automotive customers include: Toyota, Mitsubishi, General Motors, Saturn, NUMMI, CAMI, SIA, MCI, Polaris and Artic Cat.
