	Our philosophy of continuous improvement and fundamental change is also reflected in the production of our state-of-the-art electronic products. A key feature of our Electronic plant is our commitment to product development and innovation . . . designing products that better serve the needs of our customers. With the help of our associate teams, we constantly evaluate how we can do things more efficiently and effectively; keeping in mind that quality is always the key to success.

In our state of the art Electronics plant, associates are introduced to a class 100K Clean Room. From the floors, to the tools and tables used for assembly the entire facility is ESD Safe. In this controlled environment the air temperature and humidity is remotely monitored and maintained to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality product possible. We use Automated Equipment to assembly complex and sensitive printed boards in our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) area. In our assembly area associates assemble automotive related products such as heater systems, as well as LED high mount center stop lamps. Innovation abounds in all areas of our Electronic plant. We use only state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, including through-hole insertion equipment (axial and radial), surface mount technology, wave solder, and assembly.
